7 #ootds in a day, beating the brilliant sun of a weekend working it out for The Ordinary Co's latest Lookbook but damn, all so worth it when I received these photos! I was super excited when we were conceptualising the bold theme with lots of colours and clashes and I was even quite nervous about doing the shoot initially. Thanks to the friendly and helpful team of TOC I managed to pull it off without feeling stressed at all. Every single photo in this post are so well framed and edited to suit my personal style I can imagine making it a visual autobiography for my birthday.
I also realised I love being in front of the camera as much as behind it. Being the creative mind of a visual production is extremely gratifying and I do love photography, but sometimes a switch of roles makes me experience the behind the scenes process so much more on varying levels. I especially liked it that I was involved in giving ideas for the styling and doing my own hair and makeup - which was also intentional to capture the identity of me as an #ordinarygirl in my own skin.
On another note, new exciting collaboration with an online store is coming up soon - looking forward!
